Plain version: we collect what we need to sell, ship and support your order, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address and what you bought.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account: your email, and a session cookie when you sign in. No passwords.
- Your bag and saved measurements stay in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
- Photos you upload for a problem with an item, and reviews you write.
Who we share it with, and why
- Stripe (payments), our fulfillment partner (to pack and ship your order), Resend (to send email), Cloudflare (hosting and security).
- We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Order emails are sent to everyone who orders. Marketing emails only go to people who agreed, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
Signed in, you can download your data or delete your account from your account. Or email hello@hugmode.com. We keep order records as long as tax and payment law requires.
