Terms of sale

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. We ship to US addresses only.
• If we list something at an obviously wrong price, we will tell you and let you choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Shipping times and our late-order promise are on the shipping page (3 to 8 business days from our US warehouse, 10 to 18 business days from overseas).
• Returns, swaps and refunds follow our keep-it guarantee. Nothing is ever mailed back.
• Discount codes: one per order, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.
• Reviews must be honest and about the product. We publish verified-buyer reviews whether positive or negative, and remove only those that break our guidelines (for example personal information or abuse).
